Veena Malik was spotted at a press conference in Bengaluru lately. The team of 'Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga' launches the first poster of the film. After a traditional welcome, Veena Malik addressed the media at the Solitaire Hotel.The Kannada film 'Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga' is a Rs 8 crore venture by producer Venkatappa. Trishool has written the story, screenplay and is also directing the film. This is Veena's first Kannada film and she is confident it will be appreciated. The actress is even more excited as she has done a 'sexy' and 'stylish' photo shoot for the film, insisting it will present her in Marilyn Monroe style. Though, Akshay has a small role in the film, he's more than happy to be a part of the movie. According to Akshay, Bollywood film Dirty Picture lacked commercial aspect. The essential emphasis of this film is the problem faced by a woman at the peak. Veena hopes that she will be offered good roles in other regional films as well. Veena Malik has teamed up with Ashmit Patel in 'Supermodel', the two became close when they featured in the reality show 'Bigg Boss 4'. The actress, who rose to fame in India after her stint in controversial reality show 'Bigg Boss 4', says it is unfair to compare the two films. Veena said she can relate to her role in the film.
